If you are a regular studio client and you have a package of classes, please know that expiration dates will be extended when business resumes. We miss you and are looking forward to seeing you back at the studio soon!

We now have Virtual Private Sessions, virtual classes and pre-recorded home workouts available with your favorite instructor. The virtual sessions and classes are offered through Zoom.  You can use your present packages or purchase sessions through Mind Body.  The pre-recorded streamed classes are available for purchase in our web store.

If you are in teacher training, please watch the course schedule as we will indicate course cancellations. Courses offered in the Pittsburgh and St. Mary's locations will be done virtually with Zoom on the dates listed.  Our online continuing education is still available and can be purchased in the web store.
