This low impact cardio workout is easier on your joints than pavement pounding. Plus, it improves your balance, gets your heart rate up, strengthens your legs and bones, and burns calories. Trampolining reduces impact by 40 percent allowing you to work out harder and recover faster since your body is not getting as beat up as it would be doing impact on the ground. The use of fast twitch muscle fibers and the reduced impact make this a perfect exercise to combat the effects of muscle loss with aging. Not to mention that it is just plain FUN!!!
