Stephanie has been passionate about movement her entire life, beginning with her first love, ballet. She has practiced Pilates for over 12 years and discovered contemporary Pilates while rehabilitating a torn hip labrum without surgery. Through this experience, she developed a deep appreciation for mindful movement and its transformative benefits.
Stephanie is dedicated to helping others find joy in movement while working toward their individual fitness goals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Urban Planning from Kent State University and is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her outdoors with her dog, Millie Dr. Pepper, exploring Pittsburgh’s nature trails. She also serves on the Future Leadership Council at Animal Friends, supporting their mission to care for animals in need and strengthen the human-animal bond
