Michelle holds a BS from the University of Pittsburgh in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition and an MS in training and development from Carlow College. She specializes in eating for wellness and disease prevention and she enjoys enabling her clients through offering food sampling and classes that focus on natural and unprocessed whole foods. Michelle has witnessed the benefits of Pilates in her own body and finds that combined with good nutrition she is reaching her goals. Married and raising three children, she uses her experiences to share simple and clean eating ideas with her clients.
