Lynn began taking yoga classes in 2006 thinking it would be an enjoyable workout. She quickly learned that the benefits of yoga far exceeded the physical experience. Because yoga was so transformative for Lynn, she was determined to share the practice with others. She signed up for her first teacher training program in 2011 and was ignited with a passion for teaching. She completed her 200 hour teacher certification in power yoga (through Amazing Yoga) in 2012 and has been teaching ever since. Lynn’s objective is to promote both physical strength and emotional balance within her classes. Her background in both dance and counseling has lent itself to this goal of cultivating mind/body health and wellness in her students.
